Shipping Information

We process all orders with the care you’d expect from a Parisian atelier, ensuring your delicate items are prepared for their journey to you:

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping Methods:
    • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx (€12.95) – Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over €50 – Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Elancee pieces as much as we loved creating them. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

1. Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order, provided:

  • Items are in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
  • Original packaging is intact
  • The return form is completed (see template below)

Important Exceptions:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Strings and culottes (except in case of manufacturing defects)
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Customized or altered items

2. Return Process

Follow these simple steps, as effortless as adjusting your bra straps:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with subject « Demande de retour » including:
    • Your order number
    • Items to return/exchange
    • Reason for return
    • For exchanges: desired size/color
  2. Within 48 hours, we’ll email return authorization with shipping instructions
  3. Package items carefully as you would protect delicate lingerie
  4. Include the completed return form (see template below)
  5. Ship to the address provided in your authorization

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return with the same scrutiny we apply to our raw materials:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email
  • Refunds process within 5-10 business days via original payment method:
    • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Timing depends on your bank
    • PayPal: Directly to your PayPal account

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

5. Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item upon receiving and inspecting your return
  • We cover shipping costs for the replacement item
  • If the exchanged item is unavailable, we’ll contact you about alternatives or issue a refund

6. Defective Items

If you receive a defective item:

  • We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label
  • Your request will receive priority attention
